Manage Installation team and stuff
Manage the daily workflow activities related to scheduling, delivery, installation, service and repair activities of the Installation Services Team.
Uphold service levels regarding quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction and related performance metrics.
Ensure that delivery ticket confirmations are completed daily.
Working with other sections of the company in order to execute installation undertakings and workings.
Monitoring the client matter sand settling the same in order to ensure perfectly contented client services.
Train, evaluate the installation team as needed.

BSc. in Engineering is a must (Mechatronics or Mechanical departments).
Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering Industry is a must.
Previous Experience in the Management & Operation field in CNC industry is preferred
Certified PMP / Management diploma is preferred
Good investigative and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to plan, schedule & utilize all resources
Ability to think logically and methodically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
Decision-making ability coupled with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Excellent in Microsoft Office
