Job Description
- Receiving phone calls from customers
- Follow up with current, previous and new customers
- Achieve his sales target
- Meeting with customers to present products
- Make preparations of presentations, proposals and sales contracts
- Develop and maintain the relationships with current customers and potential customers as well
- Take part in events to market the products such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
- Help the company implement its marketing plans as required
Job Requirements
- More than two years of Real Estate experience
- Preferable to live near 5th settlement
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson at 5th settlement.
- Familiarity MS Office (Excel, word and..).
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record
