Job Description

  • Responsible for all Talent Acquisition activities from junior to executive levels.
  • Update current and design new Talent Acquisition procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
  • Supervise the Talent Acquisition team and report its performance.
  • Keep track of Talent Acquisition metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Review Talent Acquisition software and suggest the best option based on company needs.
  • Research and choose jobs advertising options.
  • Develop candidates’ database for future Talent Acquisition needs.
  • Recommend ways to improve employer branding.
  • Coordinate with functions heads and top management for planning future Talent Acquisition needs based on business expansion plans.
  • Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology.
  • 3-5 years of talent acquisition management experience in automotive industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, Consultant or Coordinator in one of the leading automotive dealers/distributors within Gulf states/Middle East countries.
  • Experience in Talents Acquisition and sourcing from within the Middle East countries and Asian countries.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of labor laws & regulations within the Middle East region.
  • Experience in candidates interviews, screening and evaluation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Ability to relocate to Baghdad/Iraq.
