• Sets production strategies that are aligned with the Company strategies.
• Prepare operational plans with the required forecasts for manpower, materials, and recourses to achieve fluidity and continuity in operations.
• Follows up on production line repair, maintenance schedules, and works with R&D on developing the production line, and process.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, organization officials, and staff members as necessary.
• Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire, train, promoting employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Motivating, developing, directing people as they work, and identifying the best people for the job.
• Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established implemented and maintained.
• Reporting to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements thought the organization.
• Establishing controls for the identified significant aspects and hazards for his/her department according to procedures and instructions;
