Job Description
- Will manage a team of 10+
- Will be responsible for all the maintenance activities
- Will participate in hiring and training
- He should be okay with working by himself sometimes according to business needs

Job Requirements

- Should be able to manage a team of blue collars
- Aware of health & safety
- Should be able to think out of box
- Knowledge of HVAC is plus
- Hotels/Resorts past experience is a must
