Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Manage a team of administration professionals to achieve operational objectives
- Provide guidance and support to administration staff to perform their duties effectively.
- Review and approve the selection and purchase of all office related supplies stationary and be responsible for security of company assets and for arranging.
- Ensure that the administration team follows company standards and guidelines for operational efficiency.
- Provide for efficient transportation assistance to company employees and visitors as per the company policy.
- Manage and evaluate the performance of suppliers services
- Dealing with all government agencies to follow up all procedures of licensing or renewing licenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in Administration.
- People oriented and Detailed oriented.
- Analytical thinking, Decision maker and problem solver
- Very Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point.
- Quality Standards, policies and procedures
