Job Description
- Establish procedures and policies that ensure the activation of governance systems
- Monitor and review all procedures and policies approved by the company
- Conducting awareness sessions on governance systems for all managers of the company
- Submit monthly and quarterly discipline and compliance reports to the Board of Directors
- Assist the Board of Directors in monitoring and yielding from the activation of the governance system
Job Requirements
- Experienced 7+ years at the same job
- CIA certified or diploma in Internal Auditing
- Very highly communication skilled
- Presentation skills very competent
