Job Description
- Presales Engineer assists the sales team to gather prospects requirements, answers RFP/RFI’s, prepares and delivers ASSET Products Presentations & Demonstrations, solution based product presentations, trains ASSET partners, report / performs competitive analysis, reports feedback collected from prospects/customers, and delivers proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements.
- They're responsible for working with ASSET’s products or solution based products and is responsible for handling technical questions or issues which arises during a sales cycle and setting appropriate customer expectations.
- Scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company, with the ability to translate these accurately to the delivery and development team.
- Explores products capabilities and tools to assess the feasibility of customer requirements.
- Develops and verify customer requirements and ensure their quality and accurate coverage of the project scope.
- Translates business and non-functional requirements into technical requirements.
- Offers suggestions for improvement and simplifications for the systems and add business value.
Job Requirements
- Very good technical background
- (2-4) years of experience in pre-sales
- Experience in ECM Analysis or ECM implementation
