Job Description
- Genesys Product Suite: Genesys IWS / Genesys Administrator & CME / MCPs / Interactive Insights / URS / IRD / CCPulse+ / GVP / T-Servers / Genesys WFM 8
- Support of the Friends Life 600+ Seat Genesys Platform.
- Change Management and Implementation of Solution Upgrades and Fault Rectification
- Update existing and provide new solution documentation
- Design, Development and Support of new IVRs
- Testing New Solutions (writing Test Scripts and completing end-to-end Testing)
- On-Site Support for New Business Areas
- Training for Business Areas migrating onto the Genesys Platform
- Identify opportunities for improved business processes and develop solutions to meet business requirements
- Provide technical consultancy and guidance to the Business
- Managing the Genesys Server Patching Process
