Job Description
- Receive requests for amendments from the owners and discuss any modifications through meetings in accordance with the company modifications rules.
- Design any necessary modifications or changes to the units or the natural perspective within the limits allowed by the company.
- Submit the site's revised drawings and request an assay and price for each item.
- Discuss prices, payment method and the estimated time of modifications with customers
- Follow up on the implementation of the amendments with the project manager.
- Follow up on the collection of the required amounts from customers.
- Conduct inventory adjustments when needed to know the volume of work.
- Prepare the required reports and submit them to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering or Interior design.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role
