Job Description
- Review and create purchasing budget on a monthly basis
- Create PO on SAP system and follow up the buying execution and contracts with suppliers according to purchasing budget
- Prepare periodical reports for the evaluation of local suppliers in terms of price, quality, payment conditions and proper delivery by collecting data from purchasing team
- Keep record of all the purchased and received orders and provide the Purchasing Manager with necessary reports as required.
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and yearly budgets and send them to Finance department for processing and review OPEX on a monthly basis
Job Requirements
- Experience in budgeting from 5-7 years in a similar position and preferably in an industrial or FMCG company
- SAP User is a must
- Excellent in English
- Advanced Microsoft office user especially *Excel*
