Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Oversees and manages all social media accounts of the company. (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube).
  • Develops engaging creative innovative content for regularly schedules posts which enlighten audiences and promote brand focused messages.
  • Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
  • Developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook YouTube Instagram etc.

Digital Marketing

  • Provide, develop and execute creative ideas for content marketing.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels to increase web traffic.
  • Experience with WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Manages the company’s app and website and ensuring that all data uploaded are up to date.
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
  • Create and generate Google Analytics reports and dashboards .
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.).
  • Manage and fully execute email marketing and SMS campaigns through HTML design and deployment.
  • Write/Edit copy as needed

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Experience with business to customer social media and content generation.
  • Experience with email marketing software.
  • With exceptional writing skills in English and Arabic language.
  • Strong experience using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM practices.
  • Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, Adobe Photoshop, and similar programs is a PLUS.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
  • Google Ads: 2 years (preferred)
  • Social Media: 2 years (preferred)
  • SEO: 2 years (preferred)
