Job Description
- Research and explore potential market.
- Penetrating new markets to find potential clients and convert them into actual customers.
- To be able to set marketing and business development strategies.
- Identifying direct and indirect sales channels.
- Finding and following up on sales leads to be able to reach a wider client base.
- Understanding customer needs to be able to provide feedback for technical office and marketing.
- After-Sales follow up.
- Identify, communicate and coordinate with overseas clients and build business relationship with them.
- Communicate with the principal and specify the product specs and improvements required, monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques. etc.
- Negotiate with international client and convince & persuade them to execute sales.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Propose export annual sales target.
- Address and close all customer complaints timely to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or business degree
- Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5 years of Sales roles in Manufacturing businesses and 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Excellent communication skills & presentation skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
