HealthMED Egypt is a leading Medical company seeks to hire an experienced sales manager for the line of Ob-Gynecology with a UNIQUE multinational portfolio
Job responsibilities:
- Sales Planning: conduct a comprehensive sales plan aligned with Company strategies & marketing objectives.
- Team Building: have the ability to recruit and select competent team members to achieve sales targets.
- Customer database: ability to build strong relationships with the KOL’s of the market of Spot the can become an initial sales lead for his line.
- Market analysis: can survey the market to determine the opportunities ahead and the tools to achieve.
- Suggest or organize area activities and conferences beside responding to the international and local conferences invitations.
- Report regularly to the line manager with all tasks feedback and any kind of surveys outcomes as well.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science or a medical background
- MBA in sales or marketing is a plus
- Total experience not less than 10 years with at least 3 years’ experience in Gynecology products.
- Experience in sales management.
- High communication skills
- High analytical skills
- Excellent team player
