Job Description

  • Coordinate with the hiring managers to identify hiring needs.
  • Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards
  • Respond to inquiries from candidates, managers about the organization’s recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies.
  • Contact candidates, arrange interview times and develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job’s pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies.
  • Prepare job offer materials in accordance with the agreed job specifications so that successful candidates have all the information they need.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues so that potential candidates have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its recruitment activities.
  • Conduct employee orientation/induction and introductory training so that new employees are quickly integrated into the Organization.
  • Updating the Company’s Headcount.
  • Conducting exit interviews prepares exit reports and communicates it to the OD Manager in order to take necessary actions towards high turnover rates.
  • Contribute to establishing the Company’s competency framework for all positions to be used in recruitment and other related HR activities.
  • Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of newly hired employees during the probation period and take necessary actions towards unsatisfactory ones.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Recruitment role.
  • Hands-on experience with blue collars recruitment.
  • Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
