Job Description
- Maintains and updates recruitment Database.
- Receives all requests related to specific field from the Hiring Manager after getting the required approvals.
- Handles Employment Fairs, Recruitment Advertisements & Campaigns.
- Sources potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media & company Database).
- Screens resumes, selects and shortlists candidates according to each post’s job Profile.
- Follows up the whole recruitment process in order to complete the hiring process.
- Develops various required recruitment reports in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Experience:
- 1-3 years hands-on experience in FMCG field.
- Experience in mass hiring is a must.
- Experience in hiring Blue & white Collars .

- Strong Negotiation & Communication Skills.
- Effective time management & Multitasking Skills.
- Details oriented
Language Skills:
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
Computer Skills:
