Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client.
  • You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
  • Researching the market and build relationships with the right prospects.
  • Maintain & develop the lead generating process of the company.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in the target segments.  Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory.
  • Perform effective meetings/presentations to prospects.
  • Meet personal and sales team targets.
  • Route qualified opportunities with managers for final agreement and closure.
  • Report and provide feedback to business development head.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a business development Professional, sales account Manager or a relevant role
  • Digital & Online Market knowledge is preferred…
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Socially adept
  • Good with numbers
  • Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
