Job Description

  • Participate in the development of the company strategy and provide all information required to support the decision-making process.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Managing commercial activities by developing and implement commercial strategies according to company goals.
  • Develop and follow-up the implementation of the business development strategy to achieve business objectives and take all necessary actions for improvement on time.
  • Develop the business development annual plan and budget including annual targets, projects, and all actions to achieve business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and improve the business development policies, processes, and procedures including sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and business results.
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of business development process documentation and Knowledge Management System to preserve know-how and maintain customer relations.
  • Select, manage, appraise, develop, and provide all required support and guidance for the business development team to ensure transfer of knowledge, the proper utilization of human resources, and achieve the planned performance.
  • Communicate with the business development team to ensure adherence with company policies and procedures to create alignment and maintain the right culture.
  • Study the market and analyze competition and customer preferences to find business opportunities for company expansion.
  • Develop the company business model and develop the value proposition that will be offered to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build partnership with various organizations to ensure expansion and finalize MOU and frameworks to ensure reaching the optimum value.
  • Build customer relationship with customers through developing programs, events, and activities to maintain and strengthen relations aiming at business continuity and growth.
  • Collect market information from sales team and develop database to create market intelligence reports to take the proper decisions regarding market needs, customer priorities, and required innovation and expansion.
  • Monitor the preparation of all sales material that will be used with clients including presentations, publications, successful cases, and value proposition.
  • Manage the sales team to prospect potential customers, conduct calls, set appointments, and meets them with demos and presentations about the potential solutions and value that can be provided.
  • Ensure proper follow-up with current customers and find opportunities to expand current accounts.
  • Inform development and network department on the customer preliminary requirements and arrange meetings to identify business and technical requirements for the project scoping and ensure that the solution has been developed and delivered on time.
  • Coordinate with development, network, and finance department to ensure submitting a complete proposal to the client on time.
  • Prepare the sales contract and mediate with the customer and ITSC management to get it signed on time.
  • Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or similar education.
  • Good command of English.
  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, product development, corporate sales, or key accounts management.
  • E-payments, Banking, or Telecommunications experience.
  • 2 Years of experience in E-payments in (Bank, PSP, Service Provider, or Payment Aggregator).
