Job Description
We are searching for high-energy Account Executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships with the following responsibilities
- Developing New Leads & New Opportunities for Business gain
- Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs and their requirements
- Negotiating with clients time-scales, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.
- Briefing the “Art & Design Department” colleagues who will be co-handling the client/job.
- Working with “Art & Design Department” colleagues to devise a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
- Presenting ideas and cost plans to clients.
- Keeping in contact with the client at all stages and Checking and reporting on progress to the client.
- Handling amendments demanded from the client.
- Delivering final products for review, assessment and confirmation.
- Staff supervision; production personnel who will handle jobs that need executing in print houses or independent third parties.
- Managing the account's budget and invoicing the client.
- Supplying the client with the Agency needed information and handling the registration process if requested.
- Following up on the invoice collection with the clients
- Preparation of Sales Forecast and Sales Reports on periodic basis
Job Requirements
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
- A passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; in handling different client with different job at the same time, while being able to deliver the requested outcome both efficiently and effectively.
- The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective team working skills; as you will need to collaborate with different team members and multiple agency departments on daily basis.
- Influencing and negotiation skills; in presenting the ideas and campaign to the clients, “Believe you’re the best at what you do, and others will believe it too!”
- A willingness to learn; readiness to improve, resilience; to enable you to deal with problems and ability to handle constructive criticism
