Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Revit Architecture draftsman who can work from home but can meet on weekly basis once or twice if needed in Alexandria.
I'll provide you with floor plan sketches with rough dimensions and you will do the following :
- Initially convert these sketches into Revit floor plans, I'll provide the visual styles , a template file with the local families we use.
- Convert these floor plans into a fully modeled architectural mass that we can use later on for rendering, I'll provide references , sketches for the requested design and mass.
- In a later on stage, you will create a full set of architectural drawings sheets in Revit that include usually Floor plans, Sections, Elevations, 2D Details, window and door schedules.
That's it.
I'm very flexible with working hours and working place , its 2020!!
But I'm committed to a deadline , I'll also provide bonuses whenever possible.
Job Requirements
- Can create floor plans on Revit from a given sketch .
- Can create a fully modeled building on Revit from a given sketch, that means able to work with all kinds of architectural families (floors , roofs , windows , doors , walls ... etc)
- Can develop a full set of architectural drawings by the end of the project.
- Can commit to agreed on deadlines.
- Can look for technical solutions online when stuck with something while working with Revit.
- Can meet when needed in Alexandria when available.
