Job Description

  • Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships, Attending and representing the company in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
  • Achieve assigned sales target
  • Search for new customers and update the database with new data and updating the existing one
  • Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects
  • Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements.
  • Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents.
  • Negotiate with the customer concerning contract terms and methods of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor Degree

Previous Work Experience

  • Minimum Experience 2-5 Years in Real Estate.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must

Languages

  • Proficiency in English

Computer Knowledge

  • MS. Office & outlook
