Job Description
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships, Attending and representing the company in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits.
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Search for new customers and update the database with new data and updating the existing one
- Answer calls of clients and calls the expected clients to sell them the available units of the projects
- Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements.
- Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents.
- Negotiate with the customer concerning contract terms and methods of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor Degree
Previous Work Experience
- Minimum Experience 2-5 Years in Real Estate.
- Previous experience in Real Estate Development is a must
Languages
- Proficiency in English
