Job Description
- Greets and welcome guests
- Fill NYC forms
- Directs visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Develops tracking system for visitors
- Schedules meetings and conference rooms
- Arranges appointments
- Informs other employees of visitors' arrivals or cancellations
- Performs basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
- Takes and relays messages

Job Requirements
Qualification:
