Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
- Plan and motivate the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
- Provide excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.
Job Requirements
- Experience in call center (Preferably in travel industry)
- Graduates Only
- Excellent English (Read, Write and Speaking) and native Arabic.
- familiar with GDS (preferable)
- Great communication skills.
- Advanced level of PC knowledge
- Previous experience in sales is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.
