Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
  • Plan and motivate the client to buy transportation, accommodations, and other travel services.
  • Provide excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in call center (Preferably in travel industry)
  • Graduates Only
  • Excellent English (Read, Write and Speaking) and native Arabic.
  • familiar with GDS (preferable)
  • Great communication skills.
  • Advanced level of PC knowledge
  • Previous experience in sales is not necessary but will be considered an advantage.
