Job Description
- Participate in all financial, tax and legal plans and strategies.
- Participate in the implementation of quarterly and annual management objectives effectively.
- Prepare budgets, checks, and tax returns for all types of taxes.
- Conducting tax checks and internal committees.
- Preparation of tax analyzes.
- Pull out the appropriate withholding tax data and transactions from relevant Accounts payable and / or General Ledger ERP’s with support of business finance teams
- Prepare and update relevant tax provision schedules as needed
- Responsible for the preparation of the Transaction Tax filings
- Ensure that all tax filings across the region are submitted within the due dates.
- Responsible for all Indirect Tax Accounts and approves the tax accounts reconciliations on quarterly basis.
- Verify that all firm policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce – major accounting
- Previous experience in Legal Accounting and Accounting offices
- Previous experience from 5 – 8 in taxes field
- Strong controller ship analytical skills – able to link financial results to operational performance drives
- Experience leading cross-functional projects / process improvement within operations / finance function
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

- Strategic, visionary and inclusive skills - Good ability to stay updated with market trends and external changes to incorporate knowledge in our internal processes
