Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Plan project Activities, tasks and schedule to achieve targeted milestones.
- Monitor Project Activities and tasks to resolve issues and obstacles.
- Monitor project Schedule to avoid delaying in projects.
- Select & Prepare project templates which will be used by stakeholders to ensure matching of the project framework.
- Prepare project management documentations to state the methodology of project implementation and make sure it match with the quality assurance standards.
- Collect project data to create project status reports.
- Communicate project status and progress with customer’s project manager for reviewing project progress & solve issues that related to customer business.
- Gather date, Analyze and prepare reports to generate the Project financial report to the top management.
- Coordinate workflow tasks between each functional area to ensure work streaming.
- Analyze resources contribution capacity to make sure the full utilization
- Support of SAP modules
- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules
- Managing documentation: status reports, project briefs/timelines, SAP workflows.
- Provide SAP performance reports such as: open items, blocked items, clearing status in GLs, month-end reporting analysis
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of SAP Program/ Project Management experience
- Basic Qualifications
- SAP configuration experience
- SAP implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)
- Business knowledge and process design skills
- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
