Job Description
- Lead, develop and execute an integrated, strategic Captain communication program & calendar across our key markets, that drives captain engagement and retention. This would span the captain lifecycle (awareness -> interest -> on-boarding -> engagement -> support -> retention)
- Help build Careem’s Captain Brand by clearly communicating & establishing the captain value proposition in the minds of captains
- Manage and optimize captain communications channels tools (e.g. marketing shouts, training, in-app / SMS / WhatsApp messages, social media comms, support content (app, call center, sites) to enable the efficient and effective delivery of communications to targeted audiences
- Automate communication through CRM tools and work with products team to configure triggers
- Create governance process around all captains’ comms
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize impact on supply metrics (A.H., trips) using variations of trigger, content and frequency
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to execute innovative CRM strategies
- Use the power of communication for enabling smooth change management (proactive) as well as to deliver effective crises management (reactive)
- Measure effectiveness of the Captain communication program in increasing captain engagement and propose actions to improve

Requirements:
- Bachelors in Computer Engineering / marketing, Business, or Related Field
- 3- 4 years of relevant experience from any online business out of which at least 1 years should be with a role in managing CRM campaigns.
- Project management skills will be an added advantage
