Job Description
- Supervise receiving attendance and leaves from the plants admins on weekly basis.
- Supervise and Follow up receiving Housing & transportation expenses and trips with the plants admins’.
- Creating The Operations and BC Candidates Pool throw receiving CVs, screening and filtering based on job requirements and competencies.
- Identifying the hiring needs and receiving the hiring requests.
- Makes arrangements for technical, panel and final interviews with different departments.
- Review and update the headcount for all plants after adding the new hires to the system.
- Conduct exit interviews to all blue collars
- Follow up all new plants facilities and requirements.
- Revise and update operations salary survey (periodically)
- Follow up with plants admins to solve any kind of problem related to HR issues inside the plants.
- Supervise and Train all plants admins for all required repots
Job Requirements
- BS in Business Administration or any other related studies.
- HR Certificate
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, results oriented
