Job Description
- Expereince managing the P&L of the market and set/achieve ambitious target is mandatory
- Own the growth strategy for the region and lead its implementation
- Manage the product to best meet the evolving needs of the regional market
- Build deep relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and suppliers
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel (if required)
- Lead the implementation of partnerships across different functional units
- Manage the business development and sales process in country
- Secure big partnerships that could change the game in the market
- Build and lead an aggressive, bold, and highly operational team
- Work with a cross-functional team of analysts, marketers, engineers, and product managers to deliver against the organization's KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, communications, and marketing
Job Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience preferably in the food industry as BD or Sales leader in a high- performing organization
- Strong account management, relationship building and process management skills
- Ability to craft and articulate solutions that create win-win outcomes and excite
- A solid understanding of company's market: products, players, technologies, and a rolodex of contacts in related markets
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Technology background and experience working in the region
