Job Description
Payroll Specialist
- A reputable factory located in 6th October is hiring Recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and approve both overtime hours
- Update the attendance plan and leave staff and divide them and put them in groups commensurate with their work schedules annually and updated monthly.
- A review tax deduction, social insurance and private medical insurance
- Responsible for the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees in the company through the payroll system HRMS
- Responsible for coordinating payroll and effects to ensure payroll validity.
- Analyze salary costs by department/cost center and make necessary reports.
- Preparing annual salary increase reports
- Sent Payroll Sheet to the accounting department monthly
- Calculate adjustments for employees
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (and databases)
