Job Description
- Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits across different business units / geographies
- Model financial impact of compensation and benefits plans and programmes
- Participate in periodic reward surveys in the market, working with external consultants to draw insights and determine competitive position against comparator organisations
- Collaborate with the Rewards Manager on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, communication, and implementation of new programs and initiatives
- Assist in the administration of base pay and bonus review cycles
- Assist the People team and other managers with compensation-related issues or requests
- Provide ad-hoc compensation related reporting and support
Job Requirements
- Analytically driven
- Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, HRIS and Excellent Excel skills
- 2-4 years of work experience in rewards and comfortable working in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Must be process oriented and a logical thinker with a strong attention to detail
- Proven experience in compensation research and data analysis
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Strong problem solving skills
