Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive partnerships plan in-line with Careem PAY roll-out strategy
- Lead and champion the growth of Careem PAY through material and meaningful partnerships across the region
- Work with cross functional teams across the region to leverage and execute key partnerships
- Support various growth initiatives associated with partners
- Regularly monitor goals vs. performance
- Working closely with cross functional teams in Careem PAY
- Qualifications & Skills
Job Requirements
- Be passionate about digital financial services and the fintech space
- You have 3-5 years of work experience and have a degree from an accredited university
- Strong people management skills, must be a great team player
- Has the ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Preferably have a strong commercial and/or growth-related role
- Minimum 1-year experience in a tech startup company
