Job Description

  • Assistant to the HR Director
  • Handling all HR Operation.
  • Follow up Hiring process and documents.
  • Handling Personnel files.
  • All HR Administration (e.g. setting interviews appointments, issuing all types of HR letters, Updating employees leaves balances, )
  • Handling Employees attendance record
  • Helps in payroll administration.
  • Posting job ads on City's website and other media channels after obtaining the requested senior management approvals and associated job descriptions.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in HR related field.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Preferably have SAP experience
  • Good knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
  • Good knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent English language
  • Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel)
  • High ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Excellent follow up skills
