Job Description
- Assistant to the HR Director
- Handling all HR Operation.
- Follow up Hiring process and documents.
- Handling Personnel files.
- All HR Administration (e.g. setting interviews appointments, issuing all types of HR letters, Updating employees leaves balances, )
- Handling Employees attendance record
- Helps in payroll administration.
- Posting job ads on City's website and other media channels after obtaining the requested senior management approvals and associated job descriptions.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in HR related field.
- Bachelor degree
- Preferably have SAP experience
- Good knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Good knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English language
- Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel)
- High ability to do multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent follow up skills
