Job Description

  • Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system
  • Prepare and execute the pay slips.
  • Check employees’ letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security) and submit them to concerned authorities for signature
  • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
  • Maintain the highest level of employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidential.
  • Prepare and submit paper payroll checks for employees who do not have bank account
  • Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
  • Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Follow policies and procedure make recommendations for changes in policies/procedures and to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working as an accountant before will be a strong plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll function
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven successful track record of managing payroll cycles
  • Very Good in English
  • Excellent in MS Excel
