Job Description
- Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system
- Prepare and execute the pay slips.
- Check employees’ letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security) and submit them to concerned authorities for signature
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
- Maintain the highest level of employee confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all private information confidential.
- Prepare and submit paper payroll checks for employees who do not have bank account
- Follow up from hiring to resignation cycle with HR department.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Follow policies and procedure make recommendations for changes in policies/procedures and to increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Working as an accountant before will be a strong plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll function
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Proven successful track record of managing payroll cycles
- Very Good in English
- Excellent in MS Excel
