Job Description

Office manager essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. The job will be based in Egypt but for a company has multiple offices around the world . Responsibilities typically include:

  • Sending and receiving emails for VIP's
  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transport and accommodation
  • Organizing company events or conferences
  • Follow up with employees
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Managing office budgets
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Delegating tasks to junior employees
  • Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Using a range of software packages
  • Attending meetings with senior management

Job Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role for CEO in a multinational or regional company
  • Experience more than 7 years
  • Good interpersonal ,leadership and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English (speaking another language will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in using computers and modern means of communication.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft office (word - excel power point)
  • Intelligent , able to communicate , establish social relations , have a good appearance and high social culture.
  • Maximum age : 45
