Job Description
Office manager essentially ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis and may manage a team of administrative or support staff. The job will be based in Egypt but for a company has multiple offices around the world . Responsibilities typically include:
- Sending and receiving emails for VIP's
- Organizing meetings and managing databases
- Booking transport and accommodation
- Organizing company events or conferences
- Follow up with employees
- Ordering stationery and furniture
- Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- Managing office budgets
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Delegating tasks to junior employees
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date
- Using a range of software packages
- Attending meetings with senior management
Job Requirements
- Experience in an administrative role for CEO in a multinational or regional company
- Experience more than 7 years
- Good interpersonal ,leadership and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English (speaking another language will be an advantage)
- Proficiency in using computers and modern means of communication.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft office (word - excel power point)
- Intelligent , able to communicate , establish social relations , have a good appearance and high social culture.
