Job Description
OTS needs a capable, motivated System Administrator to take over all aspects of the configuration and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install and configure software, hardware and networks
- Install, support and maintain servers
- Maintain and monitor business applications, security tools, web servers, and emails
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- Monitor the running services for any service degradation/outage and reach high service availability levels
- Respond to the issues of the service desk and provide rapid resolutions
- Create and verify backups of data
Job Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in System Administration
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience with Computer Network
- Experience with MSSQL Administration
- Experience with firewalls and security tools
- Extensive knowledge of Web Servers
- Knowledge of Distributed Business Applications
