What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for an experienced Creative Art Director to provide and develop our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects.
- You will devise the concepts and strategies for projects and will monitor their progress.
- You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers.
Main Job Duties:
- Directing the creative efforts of design function including all members of design teams.
- Identifying and solving design teams major problems and issues.
- Produces art layouts by developing art concepts; providing work direction to staff.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Collaborate with other managers and functions within the organization to deliver superior and high-quality design services.
- Responsible for all creative artwork/designs delivered from his function.
- Monitor and overlook the work of design teams managers.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of proven working experience as Art Director not less than 3 years in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
- Hands on experience with interactive online media designs such as social media designs, color correction, layout design, and image selection
- High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Have a passion for motion design
- Experience with video is a plus.
- Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines and incorporate , feedback and take/give direction well.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, or related field.
