Job Description
- Perform engineering service/repair tasks at client sites for warranty and post warranty contracts, including follow-up of contract status.
- Actively participate in project installation/repair activities.
- Plan service activities in advance, including required parts , manpower and scheduling with client.
- Report on service activity status (warranty and post warranty) including provision of analysis of parts usage and manpower etc.
- Maintain open channel with clients, and provide advice on proper operating procedures, recommended spare parts usage (types, frequency, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering / Mechanical
- Experience:3-5 Years of experience
- Good knowledge of different mechanical ,hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Able to work under pressure
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills required
- Familiar with mechanical drawings ,P&ID diagrams
- Willing to travel
- Site management skills
- Able to work in a Team
- Technical reports skills
