Job Description
- Organize and monitor work between all departments.
- Will be visiting branches in Cairo and Alexandria.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements on products quality, customer-service,
- Productivity, and Manage maintenance activities. Provide technical support where necessary.
- Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals. Formulate and implement
- Procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances;
- initiating corrective actions
- Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards
- and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
- Responsible for coordinating with all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 28 years old
- From 3-5 years’ experience.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Production and Planning Skills
- Ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
- Leadership Skills
- Excellent command in English.
