Job Description
- Reporting to Electrical Technical office Manager
- Take full ownership for the various tenders assigned to him.
- Techno-commercial skills in order to meet optimum quality, cost And delivery objectives
- Communication skills (Negotiation Skills)
- Familiar with electrical market vendors
- Study/evaluate tender documents
- Follow up with colleagues to gather tender documents needed
- ensure Sending different Packaging to appropriate suppliers
- Daily Follow up with suppliers for Tender Queries and For Offer receiving.
- Study/evaluate received offers
- Prepare financial comparison sheets for alternative offer
- Prepare competitive tender estimation package(techno-commercial)
- Knowledge of the following terms Estimation ,LOI,PO,PR,……ETC
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical)
- 5 – 7 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Auto Cad
