Job Description
- Assure adherence to the receiving, storing and issuing company procedures.
- Ensure issuance of starting material to the Production Department according to agreed plans.
- Dispatch finished goods to Sales and Distribution Departments based on their requirements.
- Ensure application of the latest GMP & safety regulations in all Warehouse units.
- Issue & update Standard Operating Procedures whenever applying new systems.
- Provide training and development for subordinates.
- Guarantee smooth operation and transaction on inventories within the Warehouse in co-ordination with the Accounting Department.
- Quality Compliance and readiness for internal & external audits.
- Responsible for the determination of hazards, risk factors, environmental aspects, and their evaluation.
- Responsible for compliance with legal and other requirements in his department.
- Commitment to emergency plan execution.
Job Requirements
- Pharmacist or Chemist.
- Not less than 8 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company is a must
- Master Degree or PH.D in pharmaceutical field is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Familiar with the ERP system
- Proficient in English language
