Job Description
- Daily General Ledger data entries
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Monthly / Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis and reconciliation
- Monthly expense variance analysis
- Inter-company transactions
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance with internal policies
- Manage Fixed Assets ledger and posting
Job Requirements
- BA in Accounting, IFRS and Egyptian accounting standard knowledge is a must
- 3-4 years’ experience preferably in Facility Management.
- Minimum one year in one of the big four, auditing Facility Management companies, hotels, and/or outlet is a must. Or the same experience as a General Ledger in Facility Management companies.
- Excellent computer skills on MS Office and database
- ERP Oracle knowledge is an advantage
- A well organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, persistent and persuasive individual with the ability to identify/focus on key issues, prioritize efforts and ensure follow up with timely / quality results
