Job Description
- Study the Contract and Scope of Works, summarise and convey to each manager what is required from their department.
- Review, assess and summarise the terms and condition of payment and any penalty clauses.
- Coordinate with the lawyer and ensure all legal points are matching Company policy.
- Compare the Scope of Works with the listed items in the Bill of Quantities and summarise and disparities.
- Coordinate any requirement for presentations prior to Contract signature, if required.
- Contribute to risk assessment.
Job Requirements
- Competency in both English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Management qualification.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Computer literacy essential for day to day usage of commonly used software.
