Job Description
Job Brief:
Candidate will supervise all office operations/administrative tasks making sure everything runs smoothly. She will support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising a team of administrative & support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Organizes meetings and managing databases
- Books transport and accommodation
- Plans & Organizes company events or conferences
- Maintains Office supplies inventory & orders stationery and furniture
- Deals with correspondence, complaints and queries
- Prepares letters, presentations and reports
- Supervises, monitors and manages the work of administrative staff
- Manages office budgets
- Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implements and maintains procedures/office administrative systems
- Supports HR in on-boarding of new hires and organizing induction programs
- Oversees adherence to office policies & procedures
- Ensures that health and safety policies are up to date
- Attends meetings with senior management
- Manages executives’ schedules, calender and appointments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in administration field.
- Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic language.
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
