Job Description

  • Call Center Agent will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
  • Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
  • Up sell products and services.

Job Requirements

  • Desire to make Customer Service a career.
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard, screen & headset.
  • Males and females are eligible to apply for Rotating 8 Hours Shift Schedule.
  • Rotating shifts: Day (9 AM - 5 PM) & Swing (1 PM - 9 PM) & Night (4:30 PM - 12:30 AM).
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.

  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Good data entry and typing skills.
  • Students & Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Maximum Age: 32 Years.
  • Fair to Good command in English.
  • Location: Giza , Hadayek Alahram , Faisal , Haram or Nearby.
