Main duties and responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR tasks:
- Follows up the daily attendance of the Employees.
- Handle all works related with Social insurance and labor office.
- Maintain leaves process as per policy.
- Maintain current filing system and keep it updated.
- Update employees’ database and maintain its accuracy.
Maintain an effective hiring process:
- Handle newcomers’ documents.
- Prepare contracts.
- Add new comers to Finger print machine.
- Prepare hiring documents.
- Facilitate new comers’ entry.
- Coordinate with Admin team regarding new comer preparations.
Employee Relations:
- Handle medical Insurance claims.
- Issue letters to hospitals and labs as per the policy.
- Prepare settlements for salary, sick leaves, overtime, …. Etc.
Insure smooth layoff process:
- Receive and register resignations.
- Prepare final settlement for resigned employees.
- Issue end of work relation documents as per law and policy.
Reporting:
- Provide reliable and accurate reports and statistics about Social Insurance, Headcount and other.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- 3-5 years of increasingly HR experience.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Flexible in working conditions.
- Easily adapt different cultures and ideologies.
