Job Description:

  • Establishing the firm management system rolls and process
  • Apply the advanced soft were system and programs required for the management process
  • Design technical review for the design document's submissions ,and quality control
  • Prepare the project time schedule required for the contracts and follow up the achievement during the weekly task sheets.
  • Monitoring the Design team coast control
  • Prepare design team task schedule and achievement
  • Review the submission deliverables according to the contract scope of work
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Submit weekly work progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets weekly task sheet.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals.
  • Manage and coordinate with consultants and vendors. They include but are not limited to, production architects, engineers, renderers, furniture vendors.
  • Manage the design development and construction document drawing production phases. Ensure consultants maintain schedules and are provided information required to complete drawings.
  • Review, redline, and approve all construction documents to ensure drawings are accurate and consistent (especially between the architectural and engineering documents).
  • Participate in the collaborative design of new fixtures and store models.
  • Manage consultant’s budgets and discern the need and request additional scope work
  • Prepare consultant contracts with our in-house attorney

Schedules

  • Develop and maintain deliverable schedules
  • Collaborate closely with other Related groups so that documents are delivered and evaluated within the timelines established
  • Capable of identifying any discrepancies between deliverables and constantly evolving project objectives
  • Identify and maintain any timelines that are related to the Department of Building or any other government agency

Meetings

  • Conduct periodic coordination meetings involving related consultants so that information is shared and dialogue is constant
  • Record and minute all meetings and keep track of attendees’ input

Job Requirements

  • BS/MA in architecture Engineering
  • Experience: over 15 - 20 years of Design management
  • Proven working experience in architecture engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such
    as AutoCAD,
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • License of professional engineer
