Job Description
- Provide administrative support and Coordination in Workday Recruiting on a daily basis; understands business workflow and process, and makes suggestions for process improvements.
- Effectively supports and manages recruitment with key responsibilities to develop strong partnerships with line managers.
- Follow up with the daily applications received through different sourcing channels mainly MSA recruitment system and other recruitment platforms
- Handles all candidates with the highest levels of professionalism throughout the recruitment process and build pipelining opportunities.
- Prepares standard reports with specified guidelines.
- Conducts research to understand recruiting and employment marketing trends.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Attends career fairs/ conferences and become a brand ambassador for the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment (preferably HR)
- From 0-2 years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, MS Excel is a must
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Good Experience in handling different social media platform
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across various departments
- Able to handle different tasks at the same time (multitask person)
