Job Description

We are looking for an amazing, data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads so Sales can close them into customers.

The inbound Manager will spearhead and drive Alnafitha’s digital presence; creating innovative ideas that elevate Alnafitha’s inbound digital strategy. The role will stay on top of and ahead of the latest digital trends. He/she will evaluate, recommend, and guide Alnafitha’s execution of digital programs. His/her work will be tied directly to Alnafitha’s corporate goals and objectives.

You will lead the content creation across the company different business lines to create high-traffic blog content, lead-converting resources, and shareable creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and contributes to the overall marketing strategy while responsible for leading the digital strategy and execution.
  • Understand key business challenges and leverage digital to overcome these challenges.
  • Stays current on the latest digital technologies and trends and identify new opportunities for Alnafitha.
  • Research and coordinate digital recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members.
  • Understands a Alnafitha buyer journey and maps SEO and paid efforts to support the strategy.
  • Build and manage Alnafitha’s SEO, SEM, platforms. Implement strategies to drive conversions.
  • Understands website conversion rates and analytics to recommend, implement and manage web strategy.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Grow our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in-tune with their needs.
  • create regular content to be marketed via all inbound channels (social, email, blog, landing pages, etc.).
  • To ensure traffic is driven to content assets by leveraging landing pages, social media promotions, search engine optimization, paid advertisements and more.
  • Responsible for the inbound marketing systems.
  • Create logical workflows in order to nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Full responsibility for reaching key business metrics targets including leads, MQLs, SQLs, Sales Ready & Nurturing and Opportunities
  • Research and strategize implementation of new or updated digital recommendations based on the changing digital space; implement recommendations with the help of the vendor teams and/or internal team members to accomplish set goals.
  • Enabling our digital social media presence by implementing the best practices for B2B model.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team, and others will rely on your work every day.

Job Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent.
  • Having a knowledge in IT business is an added value.
  • Time management skills is not an optional
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with B2B organization in marketing, digital media, or similar discipline.
  • Proven and visible marketing veteran with experience creating content for the web across several media types and formats -- text, design, video, blog posts, podcasts, whitepapers, etc.
  • Experience developing a content marketing strategy including podcasts, webcasts, video, mobile and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare, etc)Experience with social media monitoring tools (Radian 6, Visible Technologies, etc.).
  • Strong digital marketing skills: digital advertising (including paid search), mobile, lead generation, e-commerce, SEO , PPC Ad management.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Advanced familiarity with marketing automation software such as (Hubspot, Marketo, others), CMS, CRM, PPC, Email Marketing, Landing Page Design, Workflows, Segmentation, HTML/CSS.
  • Strong acumen in web content writing optimized for relevant keywords.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker
  • Self-motivated and committed to timely and high quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a collaborative, team environment
