Job Description

Job Duties:
- Drive our talent acquisition and recruitment. The bulk-hiring is for hardware support representatives located in bus stations to maintain our devices on board of buses. This is followed by the software team.
- Develop employee onboarding process.
- Plan for continuous training & development with the help of department leads. Our employees are our biggest asset, and we care about constantly developing their capabilities and personality.
- Help develop performance management mechanisms with clear KPIs.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.
- Develop HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Job Requirements
Experience :
- University degree, preferably with extra HR studies.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant HR positions.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Arabic & English proficiency.

- Full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations.
- Moves fast, bold and a doer.
- Able to see the big picture as well as having super attention to details.
