HR Business Partner

Job Duties:

• Drive our talent acquisition and recruitment. The bulk-hiring is for hardware support representatives located in bus stations to maintain our devices on board of buses. This is followed by the software team.
• Develop employee onboarding process.
• Plan for continuous training & development with the help of department leads. Our employees are our biggest asset, and we care about constantly developing their capabilities and personality.
• Help develop performance management mechanisms with clear KPIs.
• Administer compensation and benefit plans.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc.
• Develop HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
